I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious rooms and the incredible dining experience. The indoor playground kept my kids entertained, making it a fantastic choice for families. However, while the wellness facilities were nice, I found some aspects of the customer service could be improved. Lastly, I appreciated the quick check-in and check-out process, which made everything run smoothly.
